I am Texan. Not born, but raised here since I was three years old. I like barbeque. I'm not an aficionado who has strong feelings about specific places and rivalries, but I know what I like. This is bad barbeque. I got a pulled pork sandwich, because I figured that it was a safe pick for a food truck that was getting slammed at an event I was attending. Bone dry. Flavorless. Only the sauce made it edible.

Just had this delivered through DoorDash. Let me just say the presentation and delivery was a 10! Buttttt this food is HORRIBLE!!!! Brisket on my potato tasted very old and let’s not talk about how badly the sides were. Potato salad 2/10 and them ranch style beans was so hard and nasty, no flavor…right out the can. 0/10!!! Very disappointed, and most bbq food trucks usually hit!!
