1-Star Review Very disappointed with my visit. The smoothie was completely watered down and had almost no flavor. It tasted like melted ice mixed with a small amount of smoothie mix. The BP Swizzle was even worse. The texture, taste, and overall quality were terrible, and I couldn’t even finish it. For the price charged, I expected fresh, flavorful products, not something that looked and tasted like it had been sitting out or made without any care. The quality was far below expectations, and the experience was a complete waste of money. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to others. Management needs to take a serious look at product quality and consistency.
This is the second time we come here, the first time they had a lot of workers it was fast. Today we came they have 3 workers. I ordered and Acai and a toast. They had us waiting for about 30 minutes… they gave us our smoothie after sometime and then they gave other orders out to other customers and we asked for our Acai and toast they said they are trying to open the Acai…and nothing from the toast…people that got there before us got their orders.
Went to grand opening and they advertised 3.99 20oz smoothies...we paid over 15.00 for two...we ordered the same as the lady behind us and she only paid 8.64....
