I went through the drive-through and ordered a #22 (chicken wings, shrimp, and fries) because I do not eat fish. I paid at the window and waited for my food, but when I drove off, I realized I had been given grouper and shrimp instead. I called immediately before even turning around and the same young lady who took my order answered. She falsely claimed that she confirmed my order with me (which never happened) and said she “thought” I ordered a #20. I clearly said #22. What makes this worse is that I was told there was nothing they could do about it. That’s unacceptable. I come here often and even work in the same plaza, but after this, I’m done. The lack of accountability and poor customer service speak volumes. It’s no surprise the place is always slow. I only went because it was closer than Hooks, but I’ll gladly make the drive from now on. Do better.
Worst snappers I’ve ever ordered from my food was over cooked and burnt it’s so crazy never again. Fried shrimp and oysters 🙄
The food was great but honestly the place wasn't clean which didn't make me excited to eat. Hope they can be more ontop of how the place looks.
