Great food. Had the burrito and it was huge! Had the other half for dinner it was so big. Ordered some tacos and the al pastor were amazing. Pork was fresh and had perfect crispiness on the end of the pieces. Loved the sauces as well. The two ladies working there were very sweet. Glad I saw this place when I was in the area. Will definitely have this food truck on the menu when I’m back over in this area of Charlotte.
The food was good. It is cook fresh, well season and the meat is moist. However, my problem is the sauces. Both the green and red sauce was disappointing. The green sauce has a slight spice, but nothing special. The red sauce tasted like it was deluted with water with not enough powder spices. It was so disappointing I have to use the store bought sauce.
Great food and lovely owners. Food is always top tier and some of the best pastor tacos in the area. Love their esquites!
