Found this gem on the way to back to Dallas from Broken Bow—one of the best meals I’ve had in a lonnnnng time! All the staff were so kind and absolutely precious. Can’t wait to have a reason to go back.
Quaint mom and pop restaurant that serves great home cooked food. If you are looking for a deal try their daily lunch special. Three options for main course, several options for sides (you get to choose three), plus bread, tea and a dessert.
When passing through Paris I wanted a local place for breakfast and this came up as the first/closest recommendation. It is the perfect local small business spot. It would be easy to miss as you drive by but glad I sought it out. My only quibble was the hash browns. Not just cold, but had the taste of being leftovers. Not a hash brown fan to start with so not a deal breaker. Loved that they knew their regulars and took time to chat with everyone.
