Been coming here for years and never disappoints! Whether it's a new bodyboard, a skateboard for my little Charlie, or just some great swim gear, Southend is the place to go. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!
My daughter bought a backpack today and after a few hours she decided she didn’t like the pattern. We brought it back to the store with tags still on it, where they let us know we could only get store credit which was fine since we knew we would be back in a few months. They never gave me a receipt when I purchased it soI showed her my debit card transaction and she said nothing could be done. Now we are stuck with a $50 backpack no one will use. We used to shop here for years but will never return especially with so many much better stores in town with better customer service and return policies
We were present during the sunglasses incident….. The negative experience that the customer described in his/her review was completely false. The multiple employees handled the situation to the best of their ability……. You can’t please everyone, even after they received a new pair……. Our experience was great and employees were very knowledgeable in the products we were looking at.
