a week agoThis was absolutely delicious. I got the Two Protein Combo with fish and shrimp and everything was well seasoned! The baked macaroni and cheese was delicious as was the collard greens. My son got the Chicken Sandwich and Fries combo and he was very happy with it as well. We just moved to Johnstown and I was starting to feel like there wasn't a good soul food restaurant in town after trying another one and was highly disappointed, but I was pleasantly surprised. We would definitely order again!

a month agoThe $1 wings are amazing. Fries and Mac are both delicious as well. It's a small team so I don't judge to harshly if they get behind or can't answer the phone. They have always been friendly and seem like good people!

a month agoFood was amazing and owners were delightful. Whenever I go out I don't like to do too much, my son has autism, but when we arrived in the food court they greeted us (seen us). They were so nice and the food was some of the best southern food I've tasted in Johnstown in 9 almost 10 years!! I appreciate good service and good food and will be going back tomorrow. (Plus my autibaby loves the Mac)

a month agoI have been here a lot of times. It’s always been good. I love the flavor of the collar greens and the Mac and cheese. The fried shrimp or chicken is fried perfectly. I love to ask for hot sauce the packets they use are addicting. My toddlers love the food too. Will always come back.

a month agoHands down the best Southern cooking I have ever had — incredibly flavorful, seasoned perfectly, and made with so much care. The portions were huge and gave me enough for two meals, which was an added bonus. The collard greens, mac and cheese, and yams were the best I’ve ever tasted — truly unmatched. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. We drive all the way from Altoona just to get this food because it is that delicious. And don’t even get me started on the wing special… those were the best wings I’ve ever had, and I consider myself well versed in wings. If you love real Southern food done right, this place is absolutely worth the trip. Highly recommend!

4 months agoI got 2 proteins Wings/Fish, collard greens and candied yams. Very savory southern food have not had any in this area for a while that tasted this good. Chef and his wife were very accommodating too.

8 months agoMe and my friend came from 2 hours away just to try their collard greens and they were yummy but in my opinion the real stars of the show was the Crackaroni and cheese and the house made Kool aid! That blue Kool aid didn't even make it out of the parking lot ahaha. I got a 4 wing meal with 2 aside, she did one sauce on 2 and another sauce on the other 2 and they were not greedy with it. I ate left overs 2 days later and it was still fantastic. The owners/couple were so friendly and easy to talk to. If we happen to be in Johnstown again I will make it a point to stop by again to definitely get a drink + crackaroni

8 months agoHands down, the most incredible dining experience of my life! The flavors in every dish were off the charts - truly the most flavorful food I've ever had. And the portions? The plates were piled high with generous servings! But what really made it special was the owners, who were some of the kindest, most genuine people my family and I have ever met. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel like part of the family. If you're looking for the best soul food in Pennsylvania, look no further. We'll be back again and again! 5/5 stars!
