I've been driving past this place for years and am so happy that I finally dropped in for lunch. The food was so good. It really met my expectations and beyond. The restaurant couldn't a little sprucing up BUT I will definitely go again.
Not much to say about it; it was a fine experience, but I expect better given the prices involved. My gazpacho was fine at first, but very one-note. I had to force myself to finish it. My main dish was the sole, and its breading was already soggy before my first bite. The flavor was good, at least - but again, I expect more from an entree that cost nearly $30.
We had lunch at the bar and we enjoyed Jimmy’s hospitality sooooooo much!!! Food was great as usual. We needed a getaway today and we got the most amazing experience. Thank you guys so much!!!
