This is a little restaurant with a big heart. Locals keep this place hopping and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I enjoy the comfort foods they have.
We live right down the road and come here often, so this was really disappointing. Tonight, my two grandkids accidentally dropped their ice cream right outside the door, and instead of showing any kind of understanding or helping fix the situation, the lady at the front was extremely rude and dismissive. She refused to help at all, almost like it didn’t matter because they’re just kids. As regular customers, you’d expect at least a little kindness or basic customer service, especially toward children. Accidents happen. The lack of care and attitude we experienced tonight completely changed how I see this place. Very upsetting.
Order a cheeseburger all the way no slaw. This is what I got.
