3 weeks agoThis place is cool. I've been twice and I'll definitely go again. The bowling set up is cool and worth playing. I think the actual arcade games they have set up could use a little refresh. For instance, I'd add a Tekken or street fighter that has free play. The tater tots are wildly good. I'd like to get a pizza next time I'm there but I can't help but wonder if it's actually a sublet from the pizza place nextdoor or is it made in house? In either case, their beer prices are very fair.

a month agoVery cool little place. It's small but there's plenty to enjoy there. The games have multiple ways to pay to play and some of the arcades are multicades which is great. The food was really good. While their menu is limited the food they do have is done very well. Service was great. It was the perfect small, chill hangout for some old friends to catch up with each other. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

2 months agoWe had a great time at Spare Change, truly fantastic food courtousy of Meag (see pictures) and Zoe was a fantastic bartender. We love pinball and this was a great place to grab some drinks and food and play a bunch of games, the games take credit cards which is a big plus vs having to handle a cup full of quarters. We'll certainly be back many times in the future.

6 months agoCute lil spot with a fun spread of games, mini bowling, and drinks! Staff was nice and the machines worked well.

6 months agoSpare Change is super cute! We now have a family arcade with really yummy food in Downtown Lockhart. From Duckpin Bowling to Ms. PacMan and old school pinball, this place is the perfect spot to enjoy some Fun games and get some really good grub. I tried the veggie sandwich, pizza, tater tots and meatballs - all very good! Also, don’t miss the bathrooms, which have walls covered in vintage comic books! Super cute spot.

8 months agoLove this place! We ate the tater tots with “yum yum” sauce three days in a row. Great margaritas & frozen drinks, easy to eat party pizzas while you’re playing games, cool staff. Duck Pin Bowling is addictive.
