I came in around 2 or 3am and met Mason. Really nice, down to earth type of guy. He agreed to be on my you tube channel(Rigz18) and let me tell everyone about Speed Trek(Pilot dealer). Thank you Mason. See you again soon!
If you're looking for parking, its great. If you're a driver looking for a nice poop free area for your dogs, not so great. The showers are not designed for anyine over 5 ft tall. Shower head was literally chest high and where the hell was the washcloth? Drivers, take your washcloth if you actually want to clean up. Towels are like they came from the Dollar Tree. Quit being cheap and buy some nice big towels and get washcloths. I also was walked in on while drying off. Im sure every female driver would have a problem if you're doors cant stay locked from the inside. Get a system that helps you keep track of occupied showers. If I didn't use the free shower off the Pilot card I would have asked for my money back. I would suggest taking your own towels in and ladies, keep an eye on your door lock.
Really nice place for truck drivers to do their 10 hour off duty, nap, or reset. The semi parking spots are angled and easy. Smart layout. Nice little drivers lounge with a big tv. Showers, laundry-- 2 washers 2 dryers. Big, new, he machines. Don't be in a hurry though. The dryers take FOREVER to get your items dry. (Didn't even have a big load) As far as the rest...open concept, high ceilings, most basic items needed. Nice staff. Small sectioned off gambling area... The food choice is ample. We had "Wing Stop". Fantastic. A lot of people coming in just to pick up an order from there.
