Amazing breakfast food!!! Unique restaurant with hometown locals there. Don't let the looks of the place turn you away. When we entered the locals all stopped to check us out, "guests" must be unusual. The restaurant is dark and old looking, but clean. If you can do what we did and overlook all of that, the food is AMAZING! I had an omelet that was incredible. Packed full with meat and the most incredible flavor. My hubby had pancakes and homemade sausage patties (the make it fresh every morning). The pancakes were delicious and the sausage was fabulous. We will certainly return and again overlook that the restaurant needs some freshening up because it is worth it!
Great food, happy service. There was a weird dude giving us the stink eye the whole time. He knew we weren't from there, regardless it was a great hometown diner.
We showed up on a Sunday morning and asked for a table for 12. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Our group trickled in and they were on the spot with drinks and taking our orders. The food was so good! Get the breakfast sausage, it's locally made. Can't recommend this place enough, don't sleep on it!
Can't recommend this place enough! My 75 year old father ordered 3! Pancakes and they were as large as the plate they came on, HUGE! ALL their food is the best.
Very cute local place right by sheetz. We watched our breakfast being made. Eggs hashbrowns/home fries toast meat of choice coffee and oj at a reasonable price. Can't go wrong there. It is small & busy on weekends. So be prepared for possibly a little bit of a wait for your food.
We stopped by when traveling through the area. I get the impression this is a local favorite. It's a small place and there wasn't many seat available. The food was good, but took a long time for breakfast, but it was packed.
Had breakfast there this morning. I ordered the sausage gravy on an egg skillet with potatoes and onions. It was fantastic. This a home style dish with a lot of sausage on top. My wife had the standard bacon and eggs which was great. Sevice was excellent. Potions . . . Huge.
First time visiting the area. Just lucky to find this hidden gem. Big crowd on Saturday morning, but staff was hustling to make sure everyone was taken care of. Large breakfast portions, very reasonable prices. If you have a short wait for a table, it will be worthwhile. Hard to believe all that food was coming so quickly with only one cook on the grill. Everyone seems to know everyone. All clean and tidy. Well done St. Mary's.
