a month agoPoor Customer Service! My experience at Starbucks was honestly disappointing. The staff was extremely rude, and after charging me for my order, they completely forgot to give me the sandwich I paid for. I waited patiently and was very polite about the situation, but the service never improved. To make things worse, while I was there, the employees were loudly talking about other customers and speaking badly about them, which made the whole environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. A place that’s supposed to be welcoming felt anything but. Definitely not the kind of customer service you expect when you’re just trying to grab a coffee and a sandwich.

2 months agoThis am team is amazing, I mean absolutely incredible. I've enjoyed this place so much! Its because people like "Amelia Bedelia" help you feel so seen and valued. People like Tony listen carefully to your order. Barristers like Kilea and Sarah take such good care of you when dine in. I never wondered what was the reason why they were such an amazing team but I found out today. Today I met their capable and fearless store manager, the competent, kind, authentic, and strong, Melinda! In one heartfelt conversation I saw how she infuses this team with care, consideration and competency. This Lakemoor leader manages from the heart, guides from compassion and instructs with specificity. That kind of leadership deserves recognition, and a raise. Starbucks corporate if you are listening. Melinda is the personification of your Mission and she has infused into her team the values of your company, This Starbucks, Crafts with care; engages with Courage; produces innovative Results; helps us all believe that we Belong; and cultivates an atmosphere of Joy. Because Melinda nurtures "the best" in herself, her team can show up, "...in the lens of humanity". *The Man* 😉

3 months agoEverything was amazing! Baristas were amazing! High energy and my drink was made perfectly. I asked for my normal order with a twist and the Barista (David) did not disappoint!!! 10/10 would go again! I studied here and it was perfect!

4 months agoI love this place! My cousin and I visit every Wednesday and the staff is so kind and welcoming. They know us by order. 10/10 would recommend. And the inside is much better than the others around, trust, I order every Starbucks everyday.

5 months agoThis is my local starbucks, I love the atmosphere because the employees are so kind. The food there is fantastic! Most orders come in within 1-10 minutes. I'm so glad for this place to be here close to my home.

I used to avoid Starbucks because I thought it was too pricey — but after receiving a gift card and giving it a try, I was instantly HOOKED. Now, I regularly order ahead using the Starbucks app and pick up, either in-store or through the drive-thru, from this location. Every single visit has been a pleasure. The staff are always friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming — and my order is always ready and accurate. That consistency keeps me coming back. Here are just a few of the menu items I’ve tried and loved from this location: 🥚🥔 Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bakes Golden and crispy on the outside, soft and savory on the inside — these are the perfect comfort-food bites. The blend of Yukon Gold potatoes, aged cheddar, and fresh chives blended with cage-free eggs and baked to golden perfection makes each bite rich, cheesy, and satisfying. It’s impossible to stop at just one — which is fine, because you get two! 🥚🥬Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap Light yet full of flavor, this wrap really wraps you in goodness. Fluffy cage-free egg whites, vibrant baby spinach, and crumbles of tangy feta cheese, come together in a warm whole wheat wrap that is lightly grilled to crispy perfection. The feta adds a creamy, salty punch that plays perfectly against the freshness of the spinach, while the wrap itself has a toasty, nutty flavor. It's a wholesome, protein-packed option that feels indulgent — perfect fuel for whatever your day holds. 🥚🌿 Egg, Pesto & Mozzarella Sandwich The basil pesto is the star here! Paired with creamy mozzarella and fluffy cage-free eggs on a toasted artisan ciabatta roll, this sandwich is savory and flavorful without being too heavy. Plus, the bits of real dragonfruit make every sip fun and flavorful. 🍓 Starbucks Pink Drink This isn't just a drink — it’s a beautiful sip of summer in a cup. The Pink Drink blends creamy coconut milk with the sweet-tart refreshment of strawberry açaí, swirled together with real strawberry slices for a burst of fruit in every sip. It's cool, light, refreshing, and impossible to put down. The Lakemoor Starbucks has become one of my favorite places to grab a quick breakfast, brunch, lunch, or refreshing drink. The service is always excellent, the food consistently fresh and tasty, and the whole experience is just easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend — 5 stars all the way!
