4 months agoStay away from the subway and store in general! When I arrived at the store, an employee was outside putting Subway boxes into a car. I did a mobile order while passing through from DC, picked up my sub and realized it had no meat on it, even though I had paid extra for more. When I brought this to the employee’s attention, they were very rude and said that was portion? literally no meat was on the sub!!! store manager was no help at all! will never even get gas at this place as half the pumps do not work, missing hoses and restrooms were also closed

10 months agoThis location use to hire and have respectful employees...But now your lucky if you catch 1 or 2 folks whom seem comprehensive to respecting the value of customer service.....this includes CHIS ...the man I contacted an spoke to in a respectful manner....the man who down played my complaint..by saying she's fairly new..The who also hung up on me. Fairly new and can't add an subtract 🤣 if your able.....just find your local Wawa ...I know I am

a year agoNot a happy human after the treatment my Mother and daughter had this afternoon here. 🤬🤬🤬 My daughter took her (legal w/all paperwork and service vest) service 🐕🦺 in with her (legal per ADA REGULATION) and was threatened and trespassed with no explanation as to why. Took a picture of my mom's handicap tag. Disrespected my 80yr old mother. Never got a reason for the employee's actions. My daughter has many health issues (some not shown on the outside) I feel they both were discriminated against and I want to know the reason why. If need be I will take it to court. It's a felony for discrimination under A.D.A. law. The woman had blonde hair and wouldn't give her name. She needs to be FIRED!!!

a year agoI've had the most strangest experience with this store, a girl named Amanda on her name tag seemed to be extremely drunk or high while working. I was trying to get gas and was paying inside and when I went in the store she was talking to me very oddly. Her speech was slurred and laughing for no reason. This isn't the first time, I'm pretty sure she's drunk or high all the time during work.

a year agoThe cashier Justice has an attitude problem, threw the receipt at me when I asked for one as I do keep them for my records all while eating at the register. Former management would have not tolerated that kind of behavior or allowed us to eat being the register. This location has gone down hill in the past 7 years and continues do so.

8 years agoQuick and easy location if wanting to get something quick to eat from the interstate. I walked in and I was greeted. I came in for Subway. The process of me getting my food from Subway was smooth and quick. I was the only one getting a sub at the time . The customer service was good and they also made customer service. The rest rooms were also clean.
