a week agoThe vegetarian plate would easily serve two people. Salad: All veggies fresh. Falafel: crisp and not greasy outside, tender inside. Hummus: Perfect. Rice: Unexpected but very tasty (I may have read the description too quickly. Dolmas: Very tasty. Some other reviewer complained about getting them cold, which is the norm, no? Mine were served hot. I’m used to eating them cold, I’ll just ask for them not to be heated next time. I ordered a side of baba. I closed my eyes and almost cried. This isn’t an exaggeration. The owner was very kind and also included pita and a bite of baklava. This place is a gem and reminds me of my late Armenian grandfather. So, a very big win all around. Thank you.

3 months agoWe will NEVER EVER EVER STOP ordering from food restaurant. The owner knows my family by now because we get the same thing every single time 🤣 we LOVE LOVE LOVE the food! We live a little far, so we order every time we get the chance to and sometimes we make the trip just to order their food. We love their beef kubideh and grilled chicken so much. The hummus we always order an additional large container because it's just so good. Even if we feel so full already, we just keep putting more on our plates because the flavor is really really good. We could eat this every day and honestly never get tired of it, and we have eaten this everyday in the past. Our favorite restaurant. We tried eating the same dish at a restaurant closer to where we live but nothing can compare. We stopped ordering from a different restaurant and just came back here. The absolute best.

3 months agoThis place is absolutely wonderful! We ordered lunch for 15 people and were amazed by quality of food, variety, service! Everything was freshly made, unbelievably tasty, professionally packed. Alan ( the owner) helped us to bring everything to the car as the size exceeded all our expectations. All our guests wanted to know the name of the restaurant we got this great food from! We would recommend to call in advance to order as this place is mostly for take-out. The parking is pretty easy along the street.

3 months agoStardust is an excellent place to eat genuine Mediterranean food. Everything was freshly made, the dessert baklava was so fresh and delicious. I will be telling everyone about this wonderful place. The lamb shish was cooked perfect and chicken also. The falafel was incredible too. I highly recommend this place. Not just another restaurant but truly a memorable experience.

a year agoWe've found our new take out favorite spot! We've been ordering from here for two days straight, and for good reason. This place is a hidden gem in West Roxbury. Every dish is fresh and flavorful, and their menu offers a wonderful variety of options. The portions are very generous too. Plus the owner/chef is friendly and clearly the real deal. You have got to try it.

a year agoWe we order from Stardust for my mother’s 91st birthday party. The food was fabulous. The falafel were so light and wonderful. All of the meats disappeared immediately-so flavorful and tender-and the vegetables were great for both vegetarians and mediators. Truly a great experience.

a year agoGot the large falafel pita wrap for only $15 - it was delicious and huge, well worth the money. The one guy running the restaurant was super friendly. It’s a bit of a hole in the wall with very little seating and no bathroom, but will definitely be back for takeout.

3 years agoTried this place after seeing the positive reviews. It didn't disappoint me, firstly the customer service was amazing. The guy was so patience and made the order to perfection. Gave extra pita bread and baklava dessert. He made each thing with so much concentration and love, it felt like he really liked serving the people with great foods. Also had good conversation with him and he is too humble person. The food quality was really great, meat had lot of flavor and very tender. I was really impressed with this place, little spot but great food. Will definitely visit again
