From start to finish, the owner Wayne was spectacular. We were in need of a custom build for our patio benches. Not only did S&S fit a perfect custom solution for the seating area; they also did it within a short deadline that we needed to open our business. Wayne is a pleasure to work with and is just as amazing of a person as he is an amazing upholsterer! I highly recommend Stitches & Staples for anyone looking to add custom seating to their home or business!
My experience with Stitches and Staples Upholstery was amazing. I used Wayne to remade cushions and several chairs for my pediatric dental office. I was particular about the colors and texture of the materials to be used. Wayne gave me fantastic recommendations. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. He gave me a few different professional recommendations on the color scheme and longevity of the materials, and was accessible throughout the project for questions. It was a small project; however, Wayne took the time to double check his measurements and came onsite several times to make sure everything is to his (and my) standard. His customer service is top notch; his workmanship is top notch; and he always carries a huge smile every time you see him. He just genuinely seems to enjoy (and good at) what he is doing. I just had our products delivered and installed. They look great and feel amazing. I cannot recommend Wayne enough.
I am so pleased with the services of Wayne Holt at Stitches and Staples. I saw his excellent work on a restaurant booth and asked for his number. I had my 10-year old massage table reupholstered & now it literally looks exactly like it did when it was new. This reupholstery shop primarily has commercial customers & yet he was willing to accept my small job & treat me just the same as if I were a large customer. Wayne is really easy to work with. While they are in Lewisville, it doesn’t seem to matter where you are in the metroplex because he was more than willing to pick up my piece from my house in Dallas & take it to his shop. He communicated promptly & very well, (usually via text). He was very careful & detail oriented with my item & did exceptional work on it, taking off & putting back all the hardware on it. I am really thrilled to have him as a resource for furniture reupholstery going forward. If you need reupholstery work done, I would highly recommend Wayne Holt at Stitches and Staples.
