See All ReviewsA small hidden gem with just 3 tables. The food is tasty and cheap. We got a schnitzel, espresso, apple strudel and soup for just 12 euros. The owner added some potatoes for me and a coffee for my fiancé for free. Even though it's a small and simple place, it's somehow cozy, you'll feel at home here.
I ordered the veal Wiener Schnitzel set with espresso, clearly advertised as €14.90 outside. I chose this place because it looked like a great value for money. To my surprise, after I sat down, the owner suddenly told me the price was now €17, and even without the coffee, it would still be €15. The schnitzel itself was dry, thin, and left me feeling very thirsty afterward – not a good sign of quality. I’m usually fair with reviews, but this kind of sudden price change without notice is not acceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
Wow! What a hidden gem! I had the biggest surprise eating here. Not just because the Weiner schnitzel was huge! Not because it was delicious! But because it tasted like something my mother in law would make. That perfect crunchy dough and juicy sweet veal meat. Man! And those potatoes were rustic with big bites of salt. The service was warm and friendly, food came quick and the espresso at the end was a delight! Oh… I don’t know how I managed to squeeze that Apfelstrudel in… but my God, was it just divine. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
