See All ReviewsHorrible experience wish I could do 0/5. it’s very unfortunate because we were looking forward to supporting this local business. We specifically came to get a stuffed pizza because it looked fantastic online. However, we made the mistake of not asking them to repeat our order over the phone and when we arrived, they didn’t make the stuffed pizza, They made a regular pizza and when we pointed out the mistake, the MANAGER said “well that’s what I rang in, so I can make you a stuffed pizza, but you’re gonna have to pay full price for it.” So we paid $50, did not get what we ordered and somehow that’s the customers fault? So buyer beware when ordering, triple check your order before purchasing because they will not offer you any other solution. Note: the pizza we did get was a thin crust and the dough was so thin it was literally like a piece of paper with cheese on top EDITED: THE ALLIANCE LOCATION REMADE OUR ORDER WITH ZERO ISSUES
I would love to give them a 5 star overall rating, as its a place my family and I have frequently purchased from. We love the food and all they have to offer, but last night I left there incredibly upset. I recently gave birth to twins who are suffering from severe reflux. Because of this, I cannot have any dairy and I really have to limit soy as well. When this first started, they informed me there was cheese in their pizza sauce, but they could substitute their marinara sauce on their pizza to accommodate this for me. We've ordered this a few times now, and its been amazing! My boys don't have a reaction and I get to enjoy a little bit of the comfort food I love. Well, last night they informed me they will no longer be able to accommodate this because opening a new jar of sauce is too expensive and too inconvenient for them. There was no solution offered, no possibility of an upcharge, nothing. Just a sorry, its too inconvenient. As a busy mom of 3 under 2, who loves supporting local businesses, and who is also navigating an incredibly challenging postpartum situation, having a place to quickly grab dinner from that is delicious and also accommodating to our needs, has truly been the highlight of some of our days. Unfortunately now I will have to add this to our list of places we can no longer order from or support, which truly breaks my heart. I say all of this because if you have any type of dietary restrictions, it will likely be too inconvenient or difficult for them to accommodate.
They did originally make us the wrong type of pizza and didn't realize it til I got home but most of that I think was my step dad's fault cause he talks to much and is confusing lol but I called took it back and explained what I actually wanted and they made it perfectly correct and apologized and didn't charge us. The pizza tasted AMAZING. MY NEW FAV SPOT FOR PIZZA. MY DAUGHTERS LOVED IT TOO
