Won't let me choose another place. I was at Inspiration by Design Day Spa and service getting my hair done was terrific
I’ve been picking up Submarine City for my wife for over 20 years now. She really likes it. I’m not big on subs, so I’ll take her word for it. But they have excellent cheese fries.
The food is okay, but I feel it’s overpriced for what you get. I’ve never eaten here and thought that I’d want to come back. I am really not a fan of the customer service. Any time I’ve gone in, there are rude workers and lots of signs that indicate they’re over working with people (“no refund unless you return the food”, “get off the phone before ordering”, “people order over the phone and don’t pick up they’re food so you need to pay over the phone to place an order”). Stuff like that. I get that customer service is not glamorous and have been there in many jobs. But you can tell that the management and owners have no love for their work there, and it shows in pretty much everything. There’s a way to get customers to be compliant with more tactful/intelligent strategies and without making the customer feel small or like they’re a nuisance. Definitely wouldn’t choose to go here, the only time I do is when extended family chooses it.
