Ordered on app. Forgot I picked drive thru and not pick up. Went to the counter and then the fun started. 30 minutes later they managed to move my order from the drive thru register and finish it. Frustrated, I took the bag and left. Half an hour later made it home to discover NO Nuggets! Called the store and was rudely told to drive back 30 mins and that's all they can do. So I went on McDons app to submit a complaint. 15 mins filling everything out and when I hit submit form, their system told me there was an error and WIPED OUT everything I had filled out! WTH!?!? Bottom line: they don't care and McDonald's sux. If you have to go, don't go to this store! Go to Culvers. Much better service.
