It's ok, kinda expensive for food court.
First time here and it was a terrible experience. Paid $66 for three people. The customer in front of us asked for extra noodles and was given a large amount with no issue or extra charge. When we asked for the same, we were told we had to pay extra. When I pointed out the inconsistency, staff gave us the runaround and falsely claimed the other customer paid extra — which she did not. No receipt was checked, yet they insisted on reviewing my transactions, making the situation uncomfortable. Extremely poor and inconsistent customer service. Very disappointing first visit. Will not be returning.
We have Always had good food
This is a Mongolian BBQ eatery located at Sunvalley Shopping Center. This place is located by a nearby entrance/exit door and next to an accessible restroom. The food is good however the portion for an almost $20 is not worth it. The experience is quite interesting seeing your food cooked in a different type of layout. Various sauces to choose from, and choose whatever you like in your small bowl. The experience is unique, the place is clean, plenty of seats and tables. Can get an extra plate and utensils if you want to share your food as well.
Not good. The beef was very tough and has that old taste that meet sometimes has. Small variety of low quality ingredients which were masked buy an awful sauce that is made from what seems like pure syrup. 2 hours and before closings and mopping the dining area with entirely too much bleach. So strong we couldn't finish eating.
Got the Chicken plate. Very greasy, they had put too much soya sauce and none of the meat or veggies were cooked properly. Mediocre at BEST. NO GO!
My friends love mongolian noodles so they begged to come here. I didnt really know what they meant but realized when I saw the layout. Mongolian bbq! Between 3 of us, we shared two entree (the cheapest option), which also came with a free extra noodles. The register gave us two bowls to fill up with meat, veggies, and sauces. We got almost everything. I really appreciated the variety of toppings. The bar was also really clean. We got to the end and were ready to give it, but the man made us go all the way around the island to give it to him. He cooked it and added the extra noodles to one dish. There was a lot of seating in the mall. The food was good, the beef tasted like jerky. We added pineapple and lemon to one dish to make it a little sweeter and it was really good! This is a simple place and the food is not bad.
The food is great. Always clean and the food is fresh.
