See All ReviewsService was great but food was just ok. I was surprised after seeing the 4+ rating but in the end we were pretty disappointed. One of the biggest red flags for me were the biscuits, they’re frozen, not made from scratch. Biscuits are very easy to make and a foundation for good southern breakfast. If a cafe doesn’t take pride in the simple things, the rest is an uphill battle.
Cozy breakfast and lunch spot. We had a group of 12. We could have waited for them to move tables together, but instead chose to spread out in the booths. The food was delicious! I had the pineapple omelet, which was amazing! Biscuits and gravy were also very tasty! Soft and fresh. Our waitress was very attentive but not intrusive, food was served quickly, and--even though they were full-it didn't seem cramped. Wonderful experience! We love finding and supporting local restaurants when traveling, and this is now on our list for OKC and our next trip there.
I enjoy my stop here on the way to OKC. I'm a big fan of corned beef hash and there version was really good in flavor and texture. Homemade bread was good as well the one negative was the grits which were bland and watery. Prices are VERY REASONABLE, service is quick and efficient. Great value and good food.
