See All ReviewsWrong order. Argumentative staff. Zero accountability. Despite clearly explaining my order, it was made incorrectly. When I called, the waitress blamed me instead of owning the mistake. The owner then told me I would have to bring the food back for a remake or refund — while I was already at work. That is lazy, unprofessional customer service. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, this was embarrassing to witness. Mistakes aren’t the issue — refusing to fix them properly is. Lost two customers permanently.
A few days ago, my wife ordered a chicken & cheese egg white omelette that was made incorrectly. Because she had to go to work, she was unable to bring the omelette back, which she communicated to both the manager and the server who caused the mistake. She was told she'd get her food remade. Today, we returned to redeem their word & two of the servers were rude and unreceptive. The waitress admitted to messing up the order and they STILL claimed we needed to bring the omelette back in order to confirm the mistake. They recanted on their word AND the manager on duty, who was also operating the kitchen, felt it was easier to refund us than to take accountability and remake her food as promised. This is a disgraceful display of customer service and I wish this experience upon nobody. Not only will we never return here, my wife and I made it a mission to raise awareness to the treatment we received. Spend your money elsewhere. Attached are photos of the waitresses who made our experience unpleasant. Maroon pants received us first. The woman with the hair tie messed up our order and admitted to it, yet still refused to provide corrective action.
This experience was extremely disappointing and handled very poorly. My fiancé and I ordered to go on a day we both had to work. When I finally sat down to eat, my order was wrong — despite me clearly and intentionally explaining everything I wanted on my omelet while placing the order. When I called the restaurant to address the mistake, the waitress who answered was immediately argumentative and blamed me, insisting I gave incorrect instructions. I did not. There was no accountability, only defensiveness. The owner was eventually put on the phone. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was told that in order for the food to be remade or refunded, I would have to bring the incorrect order back — while I was already at work. Expecting a customer to inconvenience themselves to correct a mistake made by your staff is unacceptable. As a bartender who works across seven different restaurants inside an airport, I can confidently say this level of service is unprofessional and below industry standards. Mistakes happen. How you handle them is what matters — and this was handled terribly. We spend our money with businesses that value accountability, respect their customers, and provide proper service. This establishment does not. You have permanently lost us as customers, and we will not be recommending this place to anyone.
