a month agoI’ve eaten here a few times and typically don’t have issues. Unfortunately that changed very quickly. I ordered a snow crab and shrimp combo, and when I looked in the bag, my crab meat was discolored and possibly spoiled. When I took the food back to see what it was and just get a fresh one made, I was met with attitude, my food was snatched from me, and when I continued to ask for an explanation on why it was a different color they didn’t give any clear answers. Then after an unwarranted shouting match I was told to leave and they wouldn’t serve me. I was just in shock. On the phone the “manager” was so rude and in person she made sure to have the employees back her on being rude. I felt like I was going to be jumped. It was such a crazy experience. They have an issue with complaints and instead of trying to find a resolution they would rather prove the customer wrong and send them away. Just awful and unfortunate.

a month agoMy go to place for seafood boils! Husband and I finally found our place after SEVERAL trips around Houston. We always get our boils with their House Special Sauce in Mild. We usually spend $100 for 3 people. I think it’s totally worth it. Staff are very nice and accommodating!

2 months agoFirst time going here and I am a true picky seafood eater. It was all fresh, great spice level and I've never eaten mussels this big. Slow afternoon and customer service was great! Will definitely be back. :)

Edited 3 months agoGave me the shits. I just feel like normally the inside of the crawfish should have flavor, not just the outside. Service is great, crawfish for 3 lbs was $41.19 plus tip... Much too expensive. Swamp shack is half the price and has a true authentic taste to it, not like boiled water

5 months agoI bought in a coupon stating “spend $60.00 dollars” and get $10.00 off! I made out a detailed list of items and the prices. However the prices were different than where listed at the location. She said because it was the weekend prices were different? On an average of about $2.00 per item. She said that it was weekday prices only! No where on my mailer stating that? Finally the food I ordered was pitiful (smallest wing I’ve ever seen) no drumetts?

5 months ago5 out of 5!! Great flavor, perfect taste for the spicy medium level, great consistency and fast service. It is recomendable to bring the whole family.

a year agoStopped here first lunch and so glad I did. I have been trying to find a great place with CRAB and I found it. Food was delicious l, loved the garlic butter snow crab. Service was great, place was clean, atmosphere is pleasant. My server was a robot and Cienna. Robot is a cute touch and Cienna made sure we had everything.

Edited 2 years agoVery impressed with the service here and not just because of the robot server. This place is very well attended by the staff. The food was delicious. I will admit the gumbo was thicker than what I'm used to and not as soupy but great flavor with lots of shrimp, chicken and sausage. I also had the fried fish on a bed of fries. Not kidding an entire basket of fries with about 5-6 fish filets. Very good value. The bar also looked very nice from where I sat. Awesome atmosphere.
