They open the restaurant doors an hour before official opening, making it look like they are open. Then you spend 5 minutes entering your order, only to find out that “sorry, we are closed” when a cashier cares to come by. I love Super Duper, but 1 star is deliberate because what you are doing is not acceptable, you need to change your procedures. Either keep the doors shut, or at least keep your self-ordering computers shut until you are really ready to accept orders. Let me know if you made systemic changes to prevent this from happening again and I’ll update review to 5 stars that you normally would have deserved.
We did an online order and it was a smooth process. We parked at the curb and let them know we arrived. The order came out in less than 5 minutes (much earlier than estimated)! The employee who brought it out was super (no pun intended) courteous, informative, and friendly. They also packed the items neatly in the takeout bag! My only disappointment was the fried chicken sandwich, which was dry and rubbery (see pic) with very little cole slaw inside. If you've ever had a Bakesale Betty's fried chicken sandwich (super moist and abundant with the cole slaw), there's NO comparison! Sorry, Super Duper, but your fried chicken was neither super nor duper...
I do not recommend this restaurant. The fries were soggy and lukewarm, not freshly fried, and the hamburger was awful and expensive for what it promised. I do not recommend this location.
