DAAAAANG! Whenever we’re anywhere near the big lake we have to get a fish fry. And OH EM GEE!! It was sooo good. We went down by the water to enjoy the food before we went on the pictured rocks sunset boat tour. You could even snag it and eat it while you’re waiting for the boat cause it’s right there!! And let me tell you. It was sooo good we went back after the tour and got it AGAIN! The burnt ends weren’t ready when we were there the first time so we had to. It was sooo good we saved our leftovers and reheated them in foil over the campfire the next night and it was such a treat. Also if you love good coleslaw like me you’re definitely going to want extra. It was sweet and savory and to die for. I don’t even like tarter sauce but this… man oh man. Chefs kiss. Now if only the owner would tell me what that sweet and smoky seasoning that was in that coleslaw…….
Smelled the smoker across the parking lot and followed my nose to this delicious BBQ fusion food truck. Had the boos hog pok melt and the combination was out of this world! Definitely the top BBQ of our UP adventure. 🤤 We will be coming back when near!
Delicious birria pork tacos! The cucumber salsa was delicious. My man got a boss hog pork melt sandwich and that was tasty too
