Called in to place a pick up order. I was told the machines were down and I needed to bring cash in order to pay. I stop by an ATM. Pay a fee for the ATM. Then when I get there to pay the girl has no cash in her till to give me any change. She expected me to just tip her $18.75 on top of the atm fee I paid? No. So I said “I’d like my change now.” She had to go to her supervisor who was crouched down to do something behind the bar. Couldn’t even bother standing up to pull cash out of his wallet. She comes back still shorting me the $.75. Why in the world would you think that’s ok to not offer someone back the money YOU owe them. I had to again ask for that to which the girl got an ugly attitude. The supervisor looked annoyed and inconvenienced by me not allowing them to steal from me. LOL Fix your attitudes and stop stealing from customers. There’s also tons of bones in salmon skin roll. Go to Asian cafe by Albertsons just a tad up the road. Much better, much more polite, safer food.
We normally come here for sushi but this time our lovely waiter was a nice gentleman named Jesus. When I asked for green tea he also brought me a side of honey and sliced lemons which was very lovely. He was very generous with the extra Wasabi and spicy mayo as well. He was very lovely and very friendly and I hope we have him as our waiter again. We made sure to tip him generously too. The food is amazing as usual!
The food is phenomenal, as always. I haven’t found a dish yet, that doesn’t surpass my expectations on what 5 star food should taste like. This is hands down, my absolute favorite restaurant in DFW. Jesus was the most delightful, and professional person I have ever had to privilege of being served by, at any restaurant, EVER. Please come give this establishment a visit. All of the staff over deliver on every occasion. I wish I could eat here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Thanks again, Jesus, and Sushi Axiom!
