This is the second time I’ve ate here and the food is really good. My favorites are the ramen, seared salmon with lemon salt, crispy rice with spicy tuna, and specialty rolls like The Mexican and On & On.
This new sushi place is a fantastic addition to the area. The flavors are fresh, bold, and perfectly balanced. Every roll tastes thoughtfully crafted, not rushed or generic. The value is excellent for the quality you get. Generous portions, fresh fish, and creative combinations that actually work. You can tell they care about what they serve. The service is friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being overbearing. They make you feel appreciated from the moment you walk in. Overall, this is easily one of the best sushi spots around. Don’t let the fact that it’s new stop you. Give it a chance — you’ll be glad you did. Update Apr 9 2026: Have been to this Sushi place multiple times in last few weeks (my wife says too many haha). Each time we find ourselves in flavor heaven. This chef definitely knows how to create flavorful masterpieces. Still my absolute favorites are the "On and On" and the Lemon rolls. (yes - you eat the entire roll with the thin lemon slice)
This place has been at least four sushi spots over the last 20ish years and they've all been good. Sushi On is the best tasting in the last 10 or so years. My folks and I went here tonight and we loved everything. Great flavor, cute restaurant, and great service! The only thing I'm dinging a star for is prices. It's mostly fairly priced, but you only get about four pieces for the price of 6-8 at most other spots I've been to. For an appetizer, we ordered the Takoyaki (pictured) and it was lovely. Sometimes takoyaki can be a little runny in the middle or undercooked, but this was great. I got the Lemon Roll (tempura)(pictured) and Pacific Roll (no rice)(pictured) and they were both phenomenal. They have a lot of rolls on the menu that I haven't seen too often, these included. The Pacific Roll is one of the best sushi rolls I've had in a long, long time. Great flavor. We also ordered a Las Vegas roll, Baked Scallop roll, and Chicken Teriyaki bowl (pictured). All tasted great as well. I will definitely be back and am excited to try their lunch specials.
