9 years agoI loved the food I ordern the cajun shrimp mac n cheese it was delicious ! I ordered through Grubhub and was pretty disappointed that my food was cold and for the delivery fee they charge I should have gotten better service !

9 years agoI like the fact that they use as many Michigan products as possible. The customer service is average. I could tell that some employees did not want to be there and it seemed like it was a huge hassle to service me. Other employees, however, were really nice. I went in the afternoon and the wait time was approximately 25 minutes. I was not to thrilled with that. The food was okay. I have the four cheese mac and the spicy wing wrap. I enjoyed that there was a small burnt, crispy layer on top of the mac and cheese, but underneath that burnt crust was a bad tasting noddle. It tasted like the noodles were covered in butter. The spicy wing wrap was all blue cheese and Franks Red Hot with no chicken. Finally, the Michigan soda they have is okay. They should consider switching to Fago.

9 years agoIf I only ordered the twisted mac and cheese grilled sandwich on brioche bread this would have been a 4. The fiesta mac is implied to be spicy but wasn't if at all very mild. As spice levels can vary which is understandable this spice level was minimal at best. Overall good comfort food with an array of many choices to select from. Sweet Lorraines is an early leader in the mac n cheese craze with a true difference in greater personal quality at the award winning Southfield location versus at each mac n cheese chain.

10 years agoHad the Cajun Shrimp Mac n Cheese with lobster. Absolutely AMAZING!!! Will return and recommend.
