"Fabulous" is an overstatement. If they said, "weighs in your stomach like a cinderblock" then they'd be more accurate. The "cheese blend" just sits in a container in their counter warmed by steam all day. I ordered the Buffalo chicken mac and cheese. It's just their mac and cheese with chicken cubes mixed in, which is fine. Then they melt cheddar cheese on top. Instead of being melted and gooey like mac and cheese, it's just a melted coagulated mess which is then drowned in Frank's Hot Sauce. Your best bet for mac and cheese is to make it yourself at home.

O M G. If you are a lover of Mac n cheese like I am, you must and I mean MUST hit up sweet lorraine's if you are ever in the area. There are so many variations to choose from, but being in the detroit area I had to go with the coney dog mac n cheese. Absolutely incredible and I look forward to going back ASAP. 10/10 would recommend to any and all!

Their Mac and cheese looked so good but my son who is 10 months old and wants to share everything I have is severely allergic to dairy. I asked if they have a dairy free option because you just never know especially in a big city. She said she did not BUT the owner went above and beyond for my son. She offered freshly boiled noodles that wouldn't have any cross contamination and some marinara sauce as well. My momma heart felt so seen and loved in that moment. She never once made me feel like a burden which happens alot when I request dairy free. She actually seemed happy that she had something she was able to offer. And since she gave me a little bit for my little guy I was able to indulge for myself. I had the macho nacho mac-n-cheese and my friend had the BLT. Both were so good! We're from out of town but if and when we come back we'll definitely treat ourselves to the delicious mac-n-cheese. Thank you so much for doing a little extra so my son could enjoy as well!
