2 weeks agoRefused to accept mobile lucky strike $2.00 manufacturer coupon from luckystrike.com. Myra said the store doesn't accept coupons. I showed her the coupon which showed swing by 4 on fm 1314 was listed as one of the stores that accepts it. She still refused. So Swing by 4 on fm 1314 needs to get with lucky strike & get removed from their list of participating stores or train Myra & other employees how to accept them.

a month agoTerrible owner. Placed a mobile order for subway online. Paid for in full, and he refused to make my order for me and told me I was out of luck. Regardless of seeing my receipt. Dont waste your money here im reporting them to the BBB

a month agoCashiers do not know how to communicate effectively, store has poor management, the ATM never works. It's a waste of time to stop at this location. I am only giving 1 stare review because that is the lowest review you can give. I would give a 0 review if I could.

2 months agoThis guy at the register was just a completely rude. I walked in at about 11:59 pm, going to get some beer after working 13 hours. I walked around a bit, looking at the chips. At 12, he screamed across the building, saying they aren't selling beer anymore. Now this isn't my first rodeo, grabbing beer close to 12, and I've gotten it past 12:15 at some places, but never have I had such a rude interaction with a gas station employee. Just drive 1 min up the road to the other gas stations, swing by, just isn't worth it.

7 months agoI always parked here and it has always been empty until tonight. All of a sudden there are tons of trucks! Full all the way it's like everyone just discovered it. All the pneumatic trailers and locals all of a sudden fill this place up

7 months agoI stopped here for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were kind and polite. The parking wad awesome for my big truck. Very clean and welcoming environment. I will definitely be stopping in here in the near future. Thank you SwingBy.
