Best Tacos in UP! We walked here after our boat tour of Pictured Rocks (easy 6-8 minutes). Food was hot, fresh, fast and delicious. You order at the counter and they bring you the food. Free chips and salsa. Good vibes on the patio. Super reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!
The food is at Tico Primo is delicious and never disappoints! Chef Fabian and restaurant manager Reyna are dedicated to good customer service, well-trained servers, and authentic mexican food...at a reasonable price. Everyone at this restaurant is very welcoming. There is nothing we tried that we didn't like—their tacos, burritos, quesadillas, salads, and chimichangas—we loved it all! Been working in the area for a month or two now and have always seen a crowd here so I decided to give it a try today. Pretty disappointed to say the least. My $11 veggie burrito was basically a soft tube of refried beans with some sour cream and a little bit of rice only at one end. Didn't notice any veggies or texture until the last bite or two where the rice came into play. The best part of this burrito was the tortilla it came in, and the side of guacamole I got with it. Pretty bummed out, was expecting and had heard much better.
