See All ReviewsI stopped here on my drive from Largo to Orlando, just a few minutes off I-4, and it was a super convenient roadside taco stop. It’s a simple food truck setup with outdoor bench seating and plenty of parking. When I went, it was quiet and easy in and out. One thing that surprised me was that there weren’t any prices posted, and they didn’t have a printed menu with prices. Not a huge issue, just something I’m not used to. I ordered three chicken tacos on corn tortillas (about $2.80 each). They came with cilantro, onion, lime, and a mild green sauce. The tacos were good and came out fast — about 7 minutes even with other orders ahead of me. The chicken was decent, but overall the flavor felt a little light compared to some other taco spots I’ve tried. The corn tortillas were slightly dry, but that may just be part of the style. Overall, it was a quick, filling stop and reasonably priced. Not the best tacos I’ve ever had, but solid for a roadside bite.
Steak Tacos were not steak, they were ground beef. Al pastor tacos were also grounded pork and had no flavor. The only taco that was good was the Carnitas taco. I ordered 2 of each and they only gave me 1 Carnitas, 1 Al Pastor, 2 “Steak Asada”. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed because they’re not selling what they’re advertising, unfortunately. Green sauce is watered down. Packaging in a Harbor Freight bag.
This is a food truck in a parking lot = why I give the atmosphere 1 star. But definitely worth the stop for the FOOD and service! We had the shredded beef tacos ( she gave us extra ones!) and the carnitas tacos. Both were so good! Authentic with onions and cilantro with a side of lime.
