I was excited to try their food and I placed an order for 6 tacos, 3 desserts, and 2 drinks on their website for pickup at their location. Upon arrival, the truck was no where to be found even though all their signs were on display on 78. I drove around the back of the medical building and I found the truck with no employees inside. The back door to the building was open and a young kid finally came out stating they closed due to issues with their truck. I let him know I'd placed an order online so I expected a refund. He left to speak to the manager, who never appeared, and returned several minutes later stating they'd cancel my order and I should get a refund. 2 days later and I never received a cancellation confirmation or a refund. I'd recommend to steer clear of this place. The whole interaction seemed very suspect. I'm not sure their affiliation with the medical building but that place looked abandoned too.
Gumbo was delicious
When we arrived to order our food we were greeted by both staff members. It was our first time trying this place and the staff explained the menu at request. The food was very good. We ordered 2 fish and 2 shrimp puffy tacos along with a peanut butter banana desert. We were very pleased with food and staff. The lady that prepared our food made sure we were taken care of. Will be back soon
