I stopped in while traveling. Not sure what to expect, I was quite surprised. The size of my breakfast tacos was filling and perfect (not skimpy). The sweet tea was on point. And the owner was very nice. I will be returning when I am in the area. Definitely a lil gem in this town.
If you're in Trinity, you have to stop at Tacos by the Trax. It is hands down some of the best authentic Mexican food in the area. I tried the Birria tacos, and they were incredible. The meat was tender and juicy, and the flavor was spot on—especially when you dip them in the consommé. The steak street tacos were just as good, seasoned perfectly and served the right way with fresh onions, cilantro, and great salsa. Definitely a hidden gem. Great food, good portions, and friendly service. Highly recommend!
Overstuffed Best Breakfast Tacos!! Every time we come to Trinity, we swing by and pick up their tacos! Warning they are so stuffed with yummy stuff that you need to be prepared!! 100% recommended for deliciousness!!
