See All ReviewsI was fortunate enough to have this be the day we just don't have it in to cook. Not to mention the house is 15 mile radius from any restaurants, much less decent ones. I am hesitant to eat at food trucks unless there are at least a dozen or more 4 star reviews and I will go to find out what people said about the restaurant. This Saturday we needed something different, something good that will stay good all the way home. I was super excited to see that it was Quesabirra (QueBiruesa, BirraQuesa, Birradasa) day or whatever Its called. It doesn't really matter, this was the most ligit, best tasting Birria thing I've eaten. Friday and Saturday only. Dont be a baby and eat it with all 3 sauces with a side of sour cream.
Food was amazing. Got the suadero burrito and it was fire. Wish it wasn't so far. The red sauce was on point. Green sauce had great taste also. Real spanish rice. If your tired if tex mex hit up this place for some real mexican food.
I tried this food truck after seeing StrawCrumps’ review here, and I’m glad I did...the food is amazing. It’s a great local spot run by a genuinely friendly guy, and after my first visit I’ve already been back twice (and will definitely keep going). My go to order is the street tacos on corn tortillas; absolutely delicious. The beans are outstanding, the rice is perfectly cooked with great flavor, and everything is served fresh and hot. My lady loves the quesadilla as well. The fresh red and green hot sauces are excellent, and the sliced cucumbers and radishes on the side are a great touch. The truck itself was very clean, the service was outstanding, and the overall experience couldn’t have been better. I can’t recommend this food truck enough.
