For a food truck, this place is pretty darn great. The tacos are delish, fries are soggy but hot and well salted, and the birria is tasty! The gal taking orders doesn't speak much English, but otherwise was very friendly. The food took a while, but I'm happy it was made to order. The tent kept us dry during some light rain, and parking was a breeze since it's in a big parking lot!
My husband and I stopped here right before they closed on Christmas Eve, and we had the best al pastor tacos ever. They were so flavorful and the meat was so juicy, they were incredible. I also ordered sopes and they were amazing. The green salsa was delicious. My husband is Mexican and we both agreed that this was the best food we’ve had since we’d been in Mexico. We will definitely be back!
