If you are ever close to the food truck park in Edinburg tacos el Gordis should be your first stop!! Absolutely amazing experience. Fresh ingredients with everything made to order and I don’t even think they own a heat lamp. The food took approximately 5 minutes and came out perfect. The tacos bistek were tender and prepared perfectly and reminded me of eating them across the border in Mexico. Fresh cilantro, lime and salsa rojo and verde to pair perfectly. We also got the papa asada that was loaded with both meat and cheese. This restaurant does not skimp on the good stuff. Service was excellent. We were greeted and our order placed within a minute of arriving. Location is a food truck. You will be eating on a picnic table enjoying the fresh South Texas air. It’s a fair trade for the exceptional food. Extremely satisfied and so glad we decided to stop in and check it out.

easily a 10 out of 10. The food quality is amazing and they don’t cheap out on portion sizes you actually get full and feel like your money is worth it. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and well made. The service is great and the overall experience is solid. If you love good tacos and real portions, this place is a must try. I highly recommend everyone go check it out straight 10/10
