Terrible service. From the get go, person doesn't even open the window to talk to you properly. Poor service. Real issue was they made me what I didn't order. When I went to tell them it was a mistake, the lady literally said I was wrong and that I had ordered what I got. I told her several times that it was not as I never order this item. Ever! I tried to reaffirm it was difinitively not what I ordered and she continued to argue with me that it was. Why would I take my time in returning after having left to ask you to make something I ordered?! Never experienced this in my life. Had to walk away shocked because you can't reason with someone that is unwilling. Even if the food was amazing, safe to say I will never be going back. Regardless, food is not good. Worse food truck I've had in Charlotte.
I ordered tacos on DoorDash. There was barely meat on it and nothing else. None of the greens that are in the photo. There wasn’t an option to add them either. Photos show the selection options.
The tacos were okay — the handmade tortillas saved them, in my opinion, since I love handmade tortillas. BUT, the fact that there was barely any meat on the tacos was very disappointing for the money/time we spent there. $40 and an hour wait for a food truck! it was 85% tortilla, 15% meat..... i aint coming back to this place for sure. We ended up getting more food elsewhere 😐
