I got the enchilada plate, it was delicious! Those potatoes were so good.
Selection was limited, 8 trays of food, but only 3 or 4 ready to eat without assembly. The rest were ingredients to put on flat bread. The deep fried food was the best, though I understand the selection varies from day to day. For the price, I would recommend somewhere else though, just simply not enough to justify the price. Even the dessert options. A spinning display with slices of different kinds, more than a half a dozen....only ended up with one somehow. Either it just isnt stocked adequately or my son and I were lucky to get our slices when we did or no dessert for us.
I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Family owned and operated- incredibly speedy at getting food out and EVERYTHING is delicious and fresh. The gorditas with chicharrón verde, the sopes, flautas, and tlacoyos are my favorite because they're so tasty but also because they're impossible to find at typical "Americanized" restaurants. Prices are outrageously cheap- a great value for what you get. As much as I try not to- I keep coming back!
