I called ahead but there was no answer. I went ahead and drove to this location and there was no food truck.
We LOVE Los Tacos Way. We go there at 7pm on Thursdays after my youngest gets done with BJJ right next door. The owners are always kind and take care of you, and the food is PHENOMENAL. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but I swear it's worth it! I'm definitely on a quest to try every item on the menu, but their quesabirria tacos are so tempting to just keep coming back to!
Food and service are good. The representation of the food is good nothing boxed up sloppy and meat amount is good. We usually drive to Buckner in Dallas for tacos but this taco stand has become my go to when craving tacos in Waxahachie as it is very convenient. They accept apple pay, can order via phone and wait time usually 10/15min.
