Hands down the best taco truck I’ve ever had. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. Blue ensures there is quality in every bite, especially because the food and salsa are made fresh each time. On top of that, blue and his wife are incredibly sweet, welcoming, and takes pride in making sure everything is perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the food they serve. Amazing service, amazing tacos, and an all-around great experience every time. Highly recommend!!!
The absolute best chicken tacos and quesobirria I’ve had in Katy. The service is amazing. Everything is fresh. The three different salsas are so good. I love that there is a variety of spice levels. My go to taco spot!!
