Had the most amazing tacos today super fresh, flavorful, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in a while. 🌮 Everything tasted perfectly seasoned and made with care. The atmosphere was just as good as the food: relaxed, welcoming, and the kind of place you actually want to sit and enjoy your time in. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!
So glad we got to give this place a try because it truly is a gem. Tucked inside the newly opened Flamingo Supermarket this place served some delicious fresh and authentic Mexican food. I had the doriloco (a walking taco) which was delicious. It was filled with chicken, cheese, onion, tomato, and cilantro. It also came with 2 hot sauces and a small guac on the side that were all delicious too. My husband really enjoyed his birria quesadilla- there was plenty of meat and he loved the cheese in it too. We were also gifted with a slice of their tequila pecan cake that was delicious. Super moist and flavorful but not overly sweet. We will def be back for more tasty food!
Yax Tacos is hands down one of the best spots for authentic Mexican food! Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and truly traditional — you can tell they put so much care into their recipes. The tacos are absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. And the cantaritos? AMAZING. Perfectly balanced, refreshing, and the ideal complement to the food. You can’t come here and not order one! If you’re looking for real, authentic Mexican flavors and great drinks, this is the place. Highly recommend! 🌮🍹
