It’s the perfect place for dim sum and BBQ pork and chicken at reasonable prices.
A pretty standard quick service dimsum place with various dimsum including the staples like siu mai and har gow and bbq pork buns, either frozen or ready to eat! Cashier speaks mandarin, Cantonese or English.
just had a very disappointing experience today. I politely asked several times (around five times!) if I could get the fresh roast pork that was hanging, not the older one they were chopping. Instead of responding or acknowledging me, the staff completely ignored my request and continued chopping without saying a single word. As a paying customer, I believe I deserve at least a polite response — even just a simple “sorry ma’am, we can’t” would have been fine. But to be ignored repeatedly was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope the management trains their staff to be more attentive and respectful to customers, because good food should always come with good service.
