Welcoming staff, superior tortillas de harina, strong coffee (just ask for your sweetness preference and they will hook you up), and hefty tacos! What more could you ask for? Looks like this place is still a hidden gem. I’m coming back to try their gorditas next! Support local businesses!
Mixteca has easily become my favorite spot! Their matcha is always amazing perfectly balanced and consistently delicious. What really makes the experience special, though, is the staff. They’re always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely lovely every time I visit. It’s the kind of place that keeps you coming back, not just for the drinks, but for the warmth and positive energy too.
Takéria Mi Mixteca is amazing! Not only is the food incredible and authentic, but the people who run it are truly great members of our community. They are neighbors of my Taekwondo school and even have their kids training with us, which means a lot to our Podium TKD family. Every time I go, the food is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. They have also always supported our school and our students, and we appreciate that kind of community support. If you’re looking for great Mexican food and a place run by good people who care about the community, I highly recommend Takéria Mi Mixteca. 🙏🌮🥋
