Owners seem to get confused with a fish tapas on their menu, instead of serving the £10 dish they served another fish dish for 4 times the price - totally different name. Only find out when the bill comes - very little ethics so recommend you give it a miss.
I would come back to Durham just for this resturant. Great value for money and wonderful service. The food is outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised by the spinach croquettes.. a must try!
A lovely, lovely meal out. Not only is the food authentic and delicious but the servers are truly kind. The restaurant itself is in a lovely location with a beautiful interior and decoration. We were served by Fredrico and all our needs were met with a smile. I also recommend coming along if you speak spanish and testing it out as they are very friendly towards people learning the language. We had a LARGE tapas selection and were very pleased, we will be back. Thank you to the staff at Tapas Factory.
