See All ReviewsI tried this place for the first time. Its decorated nicely, and have plenty of seating. Server was always attentive. They have a see thru kitchen where you can see them cooking your food. Speaking of food, I ordered tacos( a variety to try) they seemed really small to me, small portion of meat and overcooked in my opinion. Burrito was ok, not the biggest. Birria tacos were ok. They sell all their tacos separately, not by order of. Making it a little more pricey when it comes to pay. Average price per taco was 3 dlls and up. What is worth to try was the salsa bar, they have a full selection of different sauces, they were really good. Overall food was okay not the best but neither the worst. I may have to come back and try breakfast. Last thing to mention, they offer bottled beer as well.
It’s delicious! The tacos are a 5/5! Every single one! The carne en su jugo was ehhh. It is spicy but the flavor is there but it needed more flavor. Nothing alike from Guadalajara, but everyone has different taste buds. Las tortas ahogas also nothing like what I’m use to. But still very good flavor! What I did love it that salsa stand, ALL SAUCES ARE DELICIOUS!!
Ive been craving a burrito but have had a difficult time finding a really good one in the cypress area. I'm talking a burrito the level of Taqueria del Sol. I ordered 2 of the classics. Burrito and torta. They don't have fajita here so I ordered them with bistec. I'm pretty sure most places use bistec when you ask for fajita . The burrito was ok but didn't have rice or anything special inside. Very plain for $10. I ordered a torta de bistec with everything but it was so plain and dry. It literally only had the bread and meat. No beans, no lettuce, no tomatoes, mayo or crema, no nothing. I did get a little bag with 3 cucumber and radish slices. Also, not worth $10. I was really hoping I finally found a great burrito spot but no luck. I did order for pick up so I didn't have the opportunity to ask them to fix the issue. This place has good ratings but I'm not sure if I'll go back.
