See All ReviewsI ordered several different tacos. They were carne asada, apastor, and tripa. I had tried to get lengua and suadero, but they had any of either. The tacos came with everything, except no extra hot salsa, nor was any salsa provided with the tacos. Perhaps they only give when asked? But most taco shops give the salsa with the order. The salsa was very much needed. The tacos were very bland, almost to the point I could only feel the difference by sight. I would more than likely not come back.
Dude, I waited 20 minutes for my food at the drive-thru, and it wasn't even ready! The lady taking orders was just staring at her screen, not even checking on my order. I had to flag her down to see if it was ready or if I should just cancel. I ordered a large agua fresca, but she gave me a small one and insisted it was the right size. The service was awful, and the food wasn't any better. One torta and a "LG water" cost almost $19, and it wasn't worth it at all.
I came in hungry and decided to give this place a try. I ordered an horchata, which was just okay—nothing special, but drinkable. For my meal, I went with the shrimp chipotle plate. Unfortunately, this is where everything went downhill. The rice was practically inedible, with a strange taste that made me push it aside after a few bites. The potato salad was far from fresh—more like it had been sitting in a freezer. Worst of all, the shrimp had an off-putting smell that made me question whether it was safe to eat. At that point, I stopped eating altogether. I didn’t even bother touching the salad. I still ended up paying $25 for a plate I couldn’t finish and left disappointed and still hungry. Definitely not worth the money or the experience.
