This place is amazing, this is the closest authentic michoacan cooking you will find in the city, Saturday and Sunday they got menudo and lamb tacos with hand made tortillas, My mouth is watering writing this review lol peace

Went up north today. This area right off I35 looks like it's got a half dozen or so taco trucks. Tried Taqueria Ceibas here. Chorizo and egg abs bacon, potatoes and egg, both on flour. $2.50 each. First thing, the green salsa is hot. Very hot. Beware. Tacos were fine. Pretty small on the fillings, but given the price, that's OK. Fillings were fine. Flour tortillas are warmed up. Bit too thick. Austin, kinda average. Perfectly acceptable, but nothing special.
