This place reminds me of when my grandma was alive. Real authentic Mexican food cooked right in front of you. The smell of this place makes you wanna come here every day! These two old couple runs the kitchen and man the food is so delicious! I highly recommend this place to anyone. This is a hidden gem. Small comforting place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Come and enjoy the BEST Mexican food in Ennis. Reminds me of Mexico 🇲🇽. Fresh cooked food from scratch! Oh and real sala not that water down tomato paste salsa! Mmmmmm so GOOD!
We have been coming to this place for over 5 years now! Everytime my mother comes from Mexico we take here there, we moved last year almost 3 mins away from there so yesterday we decided to take mom to her favorite taco place and drove the whole 30 mins to have this very rude lady slam the door and lock it in our faces as we were trying to come in! In my 36 years of life never have I ever been to am establishment that has even done something like this! She could of greeted us and told us hey we are closing 45 mins before the actual posted time so unfortunately we wont be able to serve you! I would of been content with that but doing what she did after driving that long to consume their food was just outrageous! I was appalled honestly! We will never be coming back and neither will out friends and family that still live In Ennis!!!! Running a business with bad attitude is the worst
